I had a great experience with pronto boxes. While I don't recommend their garment boxes, I definitely recommend the moving bins. The customer service is also on point. Their bins are pretty spacious compared to cardboard boxes. There's also less mess and more space when you move as you don't need to worry about breaking down and getting rid of all that cardboard.

We have used Pronto Boxes multiple times (every time we moved) because we were upset about the fact that we had to
1) buy new cardboard boxes for every move -- what a hassle + $$$
2) we hated the "waste" buying the boxes created (how terrible for the environment)
3) disliked you had to get so many boxes because you could not "load" them so heavily
